As part of Kia’s Drive Change Day, Greening Nipissing and Liquidtech are partnering to bring you a free junk swap to promote reusing and recycling. What’s a junk swap you might ask? Well it works like this: you bring some junk to the junk swap and it acts like currency – for every item you bring, you can take an item with you. All leftover items at the end of the day will be donated to Rebuilt Resources. If you want to show up without some junk, items will also be purchaseable with regular cash currency like a typical yard sale. All earnings will be going to James Lane and his family.
