Parents’ Night Out’ - The Town of Huntsville presents a new “Parents’ Night Out’ program to allow parents to enjoy some personal time while your children enjoy an evening with pizza, a movie and swimming. It will be held on the 4 th Friday of each month starting September 28 th, from 5pm-8:30pm at the Active Living Centre. (Note: the December’s Parent’s Night out will be held on the 3 rd Friday due to Christmas). The cost is just $8.00 per child. Highland Christmas Craft Show - Highland Cristmas Craft Show, Sat. Nov. 24 from 9-3 at the Sundridge Arena. Local artisans display unique and well crafted items in time for Christmas giving. From locally produced honey products, homemade fudge and holiday baking, preserves, jewelry, hand knit wear, soaps, woodworking to pet products etc....we have gifts for everyone on your list. There are refreshments, free hourly draws and admission is a donation to the Food Bank.

City Streets Christmas Artisan House Tour - It's that time of year again! Time to drive the streets of North Bay, and visit a wide assortment of houses where a large list of artisans will their various wares on display. This year's tour, set for November 24, from 9:30am-4:00pm, has no less than 8 houses, and 34 artisans taking part.
Brochures and flyers outlining the most efficient route to the eight host homes have been available for a few weeks now at a variety of North Bay locations, making it as easy as possible to visit the North Bay houses where various juried arts and crafts are on display. Artisans are also on hand to meet their customers personally.
The homes participating in the tour this year include: 635 Scollard Street, 871 Bourke Street, 5 Mapleview Place, 36 Littledown Lane, 10 Beverly Road, 1016 McLeod Street, 317 Percy Street, and 443 Bell Street....
